We are a company that specializes in adventure tourism, organizing rafting tours on the rivers Drina and Tara, hiking tours, jeep safaris, canyoning, etc. The tours are organized in the form of one-day and multi-day packages on a full board basis. Our Rafting Center has a bungalow-camp to accommodate guests in the canyon of the river, built in alpine style offering guests high quality comfort with a restaurant serving traditional dishes (lamb on the skewer, ham, cream cheese, cheese, pies and bread under a metal pan, meat under a metal pan, etc.). All food is prepared on site and is produced in ecologically clean environments (organic food).

The area of Foca and old Herzegovina is known also as the 'land of canyons'. In addition to the canyons of Tara and Piva as the most popular ones, there are canyons of Sutjeska, Bistrica, Otesa, Hrcavka, Ćehotina and many other smaller rivers.
We grew up on these wild waters. Even as very young children our main summer activity was our descent down these wild rivers on big tires or improvised rafts. We did not know it was called rafting. So we became lovers in what we professionally do today.
At the beginning of the sport rafting in our region we became the first registered Rafting club in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have organized many competitions such as the BiH Open Rafting Championship as well as the World Cup and World Championships in rafting on the Tara River. The backbone of our team consists of some of the first rafting competitors, who are now working as professional guides and skippers. We regularly organize trainings for young, new skippers.
Rafting club Drina-Tara is the first registered rafting club in this region, and is one of the pillars of the sport of rafting. Skippers who are your rafting guides are active competitors of our club. Our Rafting club promotes and is one of the organizers of permanent open championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina R6 rafting on the Ćehotina river, World Cup rafting on the Tara River and other events such as school rafting, etc. We are a member of Rafting Association of BiH, and earlier the Committee for rafting of Cayaking Association of BiH.
From the very beginning of commercial rafting, we have been offering our guests not only the best equipment and security but also the ultimate comfort, best accommodation and unsurpassed traditional cuisine! Such homey attitude towards guests and exquisite team is also what distinguishes us from all other offers and that is what we are proud of and what brings success in what we do!
We soon expanded our offer with other activities in our immediate vicinity. We are surrounded by unique natural beauty, two national parks so it wasn’t too hard to come up with offers that became equally popular as rafting (photo safari, hiking, canyoning ...).
We own a large land by the river where we built a camp with more than 120 bungalows and in recent years we built more than 70 luxurious bungalows with bathrooms thus raising our offer to a whole new level.
In addition to sports and tourism, each season we work hard and invest a lot in the preservation of the natural environment organizing canyon and river bed cleaning and more. We have very good contacts and cooperation with rafting clubs and clubs of water sports from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, as well as around the world.
In the natural environment of our camp we also organize poetry evenings, art exhibitions, meetings with journalists and artists of the region. Every weekend we organize and pop-rock music gigs!
CAMP IS PET FRIENDLY, BUT IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP PETS INSIDE THE BUNGALOWS OR TO TAKE PETS WITH YOU TO ACTIVITIES
We are Pet Friendly and you can bring your pets with you. But they can't go on our outdoor activities, in viacles, on boats, etc. You need to have box or any other solution to provide their stay in camp during your rafting or other outdoor activities.
WE ORGANIZE RAFTING TOURS EVERY DAY. YET, WE RECOMMEND YOU TO TRY TO AVOID RAFTING ON SATURDAYS AS IT IS CROWDED EVERYWHERE ALONG THE WAY.
RAFTING CENTER DRINA TARA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST CAMERAS, ETC. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ACCESSING THE ACTIVITIES AT THEIR OWN RISK. ALL THE ACTIVITIES ARE UNDER GUIDANCE OF PROFESSIONALS.
