It has become common for us to surprise our guests with new and pleasant events. This time in the summer atmosphere we will be organizing a Yoga Weekend!
Yoga is an ancient system by which a person enters into a more conscious connection with themselves through exercising of breathing, directed concentration, asana (yoga position). Yoga class is the practice of these elements, and ultimately includes yoga nidra, i.e. guided relaxation.
Sanja Petkovic (psychologist, psychotherapist, yoga instructor and Thai therapist) will guide you through the whole experience of yoga in our camp. Sanja is the creator of her own therapeutic concept "Spirit & Move" based on the knowledge and beliefs about the connection of mind and body. She is coming to our camp with girls who practice yoga with her.
Two 90-minute yoga classes will be held. The first class with Sanja is on Friday afternoon 07.07. at 6pm, the second one is on Sunday morning at 8am.
You need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and a yoga mat or some other soft mat. Previous experience is not necessary. So everyone can join! :-)
THIS WEEKEND WE WILL WRAP THE RAFTING EXPERIENCE IN THE ATMOSPHERE OF YOGA PRACTICE. WE BELIEVE THAT WE WILL FIND THE PERFECT BALANCE FOR ANOTHER UNFORGETTABLE AND UNIQUE WEEKEND!
